All items include a FREE shipping within United States.
Orders take a few days to fulfill due to a large amount of traffic we receive. You will be notified by an email as soon as your order is sent.
We usually ship sunglasses using an E-Packet. We've been experimenting and it's the quickest way to get sunglasses to you!
First thing to do would be to contact us by email: email@example.com using the following subject: Wrong Item [order number]
If the order is not shipped yet we can change it - no questions asked.
If item is sent in different color than chosen in order we will send you a new one - no questions asked.
If item you chose is incorrect color we will accept the wrong item and we will send you a new one, but the shipping costs will have to be covered by you.
All items must be returned in their original condition & packaging.
If you open a box and find yours to be broken don't hesitate and contact us within 48 hours as of product delivery.
